Rebecca Hudgins, B.S.
Clinical Focus: Marriage and Family Therapy, Premarital Counseling (SYMBIS), Relationship Counseling, Life Transitions
Rebecca approaches counseling from a systemic perspective, viewing each client within the context of their relationships, community, and environment. This lens helps her understand the deeper patterns influencing a client’s concerns and goals. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel comfortable being honest, vulnerable, and empowered to grow.
For clients who desire it, Rebecca thoughtfully integrates faith and spirituality into the counseling process. Rooted in her belief and faith in Jesus, she believes every person has intrinsic value, is fearfully and wonderfully made, and is created with a unique purpose. She also believes each individual has the capacity for hope and change and strives to honor each client’s unique story and worldview.
Rebecca holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling. She has experience serving as a Graduate Pastoral Counselor, providing emotional and spiritual support to undergraduate students. Her work as a Pastoral Counselor strengthened her passion for walking alongside individuals through meaningful connection and practical therapeutic tools.
Outside of counseling, Rebecca enjoys spending time with friends and family, staying involved in her church community, and being active and outdoors whenever possible—whether reading outside, hiking with friends, or taking spontaneous road trips to the beach or lake.
