Are you interested in joining our team? Hill City Counseling is a great place to work, learn, and grow! We accept applications year-round and schedule interviews when openings arise for new staff members.

Our professional office setting is comfortable, tastefully designed, and fully furnished. Our office manager provides initial scheduling for new clients, credentialing and paneling for our licensed partners, and management of insurance payments. Clinicians have autonomy to choose their clinical approaches and interventions in collaboration with their clients. We offer group supervision to residents and quarterly clinical training for the entire team. We teach clinicians to manage the insurance process, become efficient with their caseload and scheduling, and to understand the financial process of successful private practice.

We have a collaborative, encouraging, and compassionate environment with an emphasis on training, supervision, co-therapy, and mentoring. If you enjoy working in a faith-based team setting with clinicians who are passionate about helping others and committed to excellence and each other, then Hill City may be a great fit for you.

Dr. Suzanne Mikkelson is Hill City’s clinical director and she handles the application process. Click the button below to request an application or ask any questions you may have about joining us.
