Eric holds a B.S. in Biblical Studies and an M.Div. in Church Ministries from Liberty Theological Seminary, as well as an M.A. in Rehabilitation Counseling from George Washington University. He is currently pursuing licensure as an LPC.

With more than 25 years of ministry experience, Eric has served in a variety of church settings and leadership roles, walking alongside individuals through seasons of growth, crisis, and restoration. He has experience and training in substance abuse counseling and has worked extensively with individuals struggling with sexual compulsion. In addition to his ministry and counseling work, Eric also serves as an employment specialist, helping individuals with disabilities secure meaningful employment and develop vocational independence. His background in both vocational and clinical settings allows him to thoughtfully integrate career counseling and life transitions into the therapeutic process. Overall, his diverse experience reflects a deep commitment to holistic care—addressing emotional, relational, spiritual, and practical needs with compassion and expertise.

Eric has been married to his wife, Mary, since 2003, and together they are raising three children. He values time with his family, especially taking cross-country RV trips together to explore the national parks. In his downtime, he enjoys fly-fishing, hiking, and camping—welcoming any opportunity to unplug and spend time outdoors.
